Education France
Privacy & website information
This page explains the website's current features and links to further information about privacy.
Browsing this website
You can read the public pages without creating an account. The website does not include an analytics tracker or advertising script. Your language preference is saved in your browser's local storage. The contact form uses a session cookie to protect submissions against misuse.
Fonts and website resources
Fonts, icon files, team portraits and homepage photographs are served from this website. Loading these resources does not require requests to Google Fonts or Cloudflare's cdnjs service.
Enquiries and personal documents
For an initial enquiry, share only the information needed to explain your request. Do not include passport scans, bank statements, passwords, or other sensitive documents in an initial message. Ask for the appropriate document-sharing arrangements first.
Before providing personal documents, ask Education France how they will be used, who will receive them, and how long they will be retained.
Contact form data
The contact form collects your first name, last name, email address and message so Education France can respond to your enquiry. Messages are sent to info@education-france.com through the website hosted by Hostinger and the Hostinger Mail email service. Your email address is used as the reply address.
The form does not save enquiry text in a website database. Copies are held in the receiving email account. A temporary anti-spam limit uses a hashed network address and attempt timestamps; hosting and email providers may also keep service logs. For questions about access, correction, deletion or retention of your enquiry, contact info@education-france.com.
External links
Official guidance and other external websites have their own privacy practices. Review their notices when you follow a link. Admissions decisions, fees, and visa requirements are determined by the relevant institutions and authorities.
Privacy questions
Use the Contact page to find the current enquiry options. You can also learn about personal data rights and complaints from CNIL, France's data protection authority.
